Signing in to Oasys after the Identity Server Change

Can't sign in to Oasys or Wave Connect? Use your email address, not your username

On October 20, 2026, we moved sign-in for all administrators on Oasys and Wave Connect platforms to a new, more secure sign-in system to better protect your account. As part of the move, every admin account was linked to one email address, and that email address is now what you sign in with. Verification codes and password resets go to that address too. Candidates aren't affected by this change.

Usernames no longer work. Use the email address linked to your account.

We apologize for any disruption caused, especially for teams that manage several platforms or share a login. This guide covers how to sign in and how to fix the most common problems.

How to sign in

  1. Go to your platform's usual web address and select Sign in. You'll be taken to our sign-in page at identity.sc-oasys.com.
  2. In the Email address box, enter the email address linked to your account. This is usually the address where you receive emails from the platform. It may be an older work address or a team inbox, rather than your current personal one.
  3. The first time you sign in after the update, you'll be asked to set a new password. It must be at least 10 characters long and include at least 2 non-alphanumeric characters (for example, ! @ # $ %). After that, use your new password.
  4. The first time you sign in, and when you reset your password, we send a six-digit verification code to the same email address, from noreply@sc-oasys.com. Enter it to finish.

Once your password is set, it works on every platform where your account uses the same email address.

If your browser or password manager fills in your old username automatically, delete it and type your email address instead. Then update the saved login.

            If you can't sign in

            What you see

            Why it usually happens

            What to do

"Invalid credentials" or "Sign in not successful"

You entered your old username, or a different email from the one linked to your account

            • Enter an email address, not a username.
            • If one email doesn't work, try others you may have used: a team inbox, an older work address, or an address from before your organization changed its email domain.
            • If your old username looked like an email address, your sign-in email may still be a different one.

The verification code or password reset never arrives

It went to the email linked to your account, which may not be the one you're checking, or your email system filtered it

            • Check you entered the right email address.
            • Look in your junk, spam and quarantine folders for mail from noreply@sc-oasys.com.
            • If you requested more than one code, use the most recent.
            • If it still doesn't arrive, ask your IT team to allow emails from noreply@sc-oasys.com, or contact us.

            Your new password isn't accepted

It doesn't meet the password rules, or it has appeared in a known data breach

            • Use at least 10 characters, including at least 2 non-alphanumeric characters.
            • If it's still rejected, choose a different password.

You select Sign in, the page reloads, and you're back on the sign-in page with no error

You're already signed in on another platform with a different email address, and your browser is reusing that sign-in

            • Open the platform in a private (incognito) window, a separate browser profile or a different browser.
            • Or clear your browser cookies and try again.
            • If you use several platforms, see the next section.

You're signed in automatically as someone else

            Same cause as above

            As above

            Your account is locked

Several unsuccessful attempts, usually with the old username

            • Contact us and we'll unlock it.
            • Then sign in with your email address.

The code goes to a shared team inbox

Shared logins are linked to one email address, and every code and reset goes there

            • Ask whoever monitors that inbox to pass on the code.
            • We recommend individual logins for each person: contact us to set them up.

The linked email belongs to someone who has left, or nobody can access it

The account is still linked to that address

Contact us and we'll help you move the account to a new email address

If you use more than one platform or account

This applies to partners managing client platforms, to their clients, and to anyone with more than one admin login.

            • Same email on every platform: you can move between platforms in one browser, and you'll be signed in automatically.
            • Different emails on different platforms: your browser tries to reuse the first sign-in, so the next platform loops back to the sign-in page. Use a private (incognito) window, a separate browser profile or a different browser for each extra account. If your organization only allows one browser, a separate profile in that browser works.
            • Check each platform separately. The email that works on one platform may not be the one linked on another.
            • Want one login for everything? We can link your accounts on all your platforms to one email address of your choice. Contact us with the email you'd like to use.
            • Your clients usually only need one line: sign in with your email address, not your username. You're welcome to send them this page.

            Frequently asked questions

Why did this change? The new sign-in system adds an emailed verification code, which better protects your account and your candidates' data. Linking each account to one email address is what makes that possible.

Can I still use my old username? No. Your username is now the email address linked to your account.

How do I find out which email my account uses? It's usually the address where you receive emails from the platform. If you're not sure, contact us with the username you used before and we'll tell you.

Can my team share one login? We recommend individual logins for each person, for audit and compliance reasons, and your organization's own policies may already require it. Contact us and we'll set them up.

I'm a partner. Does this affect my clients? Yes, if your clients have their own admin logins on their platforms. They now sign in with the email address linked to their account and set a new password in the same way. You're welcome to send them this page. If you manage their platforms for them, nothing changes for them.

Are candidates affected? No. This change only affects administrators. Candidates sign in to their assessments in the same way as before.

Should I send you my password so you can check it? No. Never send a password by email, including to us. We will never ask for it.

            Still need help?

If your platform is managed by a Saville partner, contact them first. Otherwise, contact your Saville account manager or Client Support at support.manager@savilleassessment.com or +44 (0)20 8619 9006 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm UK time).

To help us fix it in one reply, tell us:

            • which platform, if you use more than one
            • the email address or username you're trying to sign in with
            • what happens, with a screenshot if you can, and which browser you're using
            • whether you have a deadline

Please leave out any passwords. If your organization sends email encrypted, send this one unencrypted or call us, as we can't open encrypted messages.
